TASK Trivia Night is an annual event held in
the winter,
usually in January. Each year, we have a sold out crowd
and all who attend report having a great evening. In addition to the
100 or so questions of the night, we have 50/50 games, raffle prizes, play
heads or tails and have had other fun things planned throughout the
years. We award the first, second and third place winners prizes. If you or your company would like to sponsor all or part of

It seemed to go over so well last year that the TASK Premium
Seating at trivia night will be back this year!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 5, 2011 at
Orlando
Gardens
on Hoffmeister.
Doors open at 6:30; trivia begins at 7:00. Premium seating is $350a
table and includes soda, beer, water and five rounds of food and of
course servers to wait on you all evening!
Regular seating is $200 a table and includes soda, beer and
water.
All tables hold 10 players.
Premium seating is limited to 24 tables, so first come first
serve. Tables will go fast so make your reservations ASAP.
Last year we were sold out! Tables will not be held until payment is received in full.
PREMIUM
SEATING
For a fee of
$35.00 a person, your table will have special
seating and their own personal waiter/waitress for the evening.
Everyone at your table must pay the $35.00 fee to receive
this special premium seating.
In addition, TASK will provide different foods for you
every other round. Menu
items have included (in the past) fruit tray, veggie tray, cheese and crackers,
toasted ravioli, sub sandwiches, pizza, chicken wings, chips, pretzels and/or a dessert.
We will only be selling 24 premium tables for the
night so if you are interested act quickly.
Just Imagine, you will not have to bring any food and you
will be waited on hand and foot all evening! |
SPONSORSHIPS

Sponsor:
for a $500 donation your company’s name/logo will be displayed
on signage at the event. You will receive full-page recognition in
our program and throughout the evening.
In all advertisements, you will be recognized as the main
sponsor of the event. Your donation will pay for the rental of the
facility that evening.

Sponsor:
for a $350 donation your company’s name/logo will be displayed
on signage at the event. You will receive full-page recognition in
our program and throughout the evening.
Your donation will help pay for raffle prizes that evening.

Sponsor:
for a $200 donation your company’s name/logo will be
displayed on signage at the event. You will receive half-page
recognition in our program and throughout the evening.
Your donation will help pay for bar expenses that evening.

Sponsor:
for a $100 donation your company’s name/logo will be displayed
on signage at the event. You will receive recognition in our
program and throughout the evening.
